履歷:勞倫斯.M.弗里德曼教授畢業(yè)于美國(guó)芝加哥大學(xué)法學(xué)院，1951年獲法律博士學(xué)位，畢業(yè)后先后任職于威斯康星大學(xué)法學(xué)院和圣路易斯大學(xué)法學(xué)院，1968年起就職于斯坦福大學(xué)法學(xué)院，并歷任美國(guó)法與社會(huì)學(xué)會(huì)、法史學(xué)會(huì)的主席?，F(xiàn)為美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)法學(xué)院Marion Rice Kirkwood教授、美國(guó)藝術(shù)與科學(xué)院院士(American Academy of Arts and Sciences)。
