Majors: Jurisprudence

Research interests: rural women, membership rights, property, focusing on China's judicial practice and rural land system.

 

Research Experience:

1. The paper "Exploring the Reasons for the Failure of Peruvian Belasco Reforms - An Analysis Based on the Perspective of Property Rights" (Xia Li'an and Ye Junshu), published in Latin American Studies (October 2019).

2. The paper "Beyond Cultural Interpretivism: Analysis of the Deprivation of Land Rights of Married Out Women in Rural China" received the Winning Prize of the Graduate Student Paper Competition of the Asian Society of Law and Sociology (first author).

3. General project of the National Social Science Foundation, "Theoretical and Practical Research on the Socialisation of Property Rights in the Process of Modernisation in Latin America", as the first participant (September 2023).

4. The paper "From Land Management to Good Governance of Land - From the Land Viewpoints of 18 Villagers in Xiaogang Village and 18 Village Cadres in Jinyun County" (sole author) won the  first prize of the Third Rule of Law Forum on Rural Revitalisation in Zhejiang Province, making a keynote report (July 2022).

5. Participated in the 18th National Forum for Doctoral Students on Legal Theory, with the paper "Research on the Weight of Judicial Determination Elements of Membership of Rural Collective Economic Organisations - Empirical Analysis Based on 109 Judicial Instruments" (sole author), and made a keynote report (October 2022).

6. The paper "The Generative Logic of the Married out Women Issue and Its Resolution Mechanism - An Analysis Beyond Cultural Interpretivism (sole author), won the third prize of the Fourth Rule of Law Forum on Rural Revitalisation in Zhejiang Province, and made a keynote report(July 2023).

7.Hosted Xiangtan University's "Research Study and Innovative Experimental Programme for College Students" project "Research on Poetry Creation in Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of New Media and its Communication Innovation", which has been completed(2015-2016) .

 

Practical Experience

1.2013.6-2015.6, as a news correspondent of Guangming Daily in the Hunan Reporter Station.

2.2013.6-2017.6, published nearly 40 works in Guangming Daily, Hunan Daily, Guangming Net, Xiangtan University Newspaper and other news media.

3.2017.12, participated in the winter holiday social research of Legal Aid Centre of Zhejiang University.
