1.Jurisprudence

Particularly interested and good at the history of western legal philosophy, with special attention to the subjective philosophy and the capacity of civil rights.The representative work in this field is "On the Right Capacity System in Subject Philosophy View".

2.Sociology of law

Based on Max Weber's sociology of law and dominance, explore the traditional Chinese legal model through the comparison of axial civilizations and modernity issues, as well as its current status and possible future evolution models.

3.Luhmann's Social System theory

As the translator of the book of Niklas Luhmann's "Introduction to System Theory",have a focused study on Luhmann's autopiesis system theory,which is an unique theoretical tool to re-observe againthe issues of justice and European legal history.
